JOB DESCRIPTION


- Advise, support, and/or directly accompany client enterprises throughout the process of preparing sustainability reports in accordance with GRI and/or equivalent frameworks (SASB, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2, ISSB, ESRS, CSRD, TNFD, etc.).

- Provide advisory services and assess current status, identifying gaps against the ESG targets/standards that clients are working towards.

- Advise on the development of sustainability strategies, roadmaps, documentation, processes, and governance tools for clients, including guidance on transitioning to circular economy models suited to each client's specific industry.

- Deliver training, guidance, and awareness-building on sustainability/ESG for enterprises.

- Represent VIECA at conferences and workshops on sustainable development, presenting on relevant topics to build professional credibility and expand client relationships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


Professional Knowledge

- Knowledge of current ESG standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD); proficiency in multiple standards is an advantage.

- Understanding of the circular economy and sustainable development/ESG practices in Vietnam.

- Strong client-service mindset, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.

Experience

- Consulting experience (advisory, system assessment, auditing) is a significant advantage.

- Direct experience in preparing sustainability/ESG reports is a significant advantage.

Skills

- Skilled in data collection, data analysis, and producing polished reports.

- Confident presentation and public-speaking skills, both with corporate clients and at conferences/workshops.

- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative in driving work forward.

Qualifications & Foreign Languages

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Training certifications in sustainability/ESG are a significant advantage.

- Strong English proficiency, with fluent reading comprehension of international sustainable development literature.
