The Board of Directors of Vinacontrol Group Joint Stock Company would like to respectfully inform shareholders of detailed information about the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:
- Time: Tuesday, April 23, 2024 (From 8:30 a.m.).
- Location: At Metrople Convention Center, 216 Ly Chinh Thang, Ward 9, District 3, City. Ho Chi Minh.
- Expected content:
- Through the Report on business results and distribution of funds;
- Approving the Report on activities of the Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board;
- Approve the 2024 Business Plan, assign the 2024 business and profit distribution plan;
- Approve remuneration for members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board;
- Approve the selection of an auditing organization for the annual financial statements;
- Election of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board;
- Approve other issues under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
