Nearly seven decades as Vietnam's "Quality Benchmark": Vinacontrol wins "Asia Quality Products & Services 2026" Award

HO CHI MINH CITY, July 26, 2026 – At the Vietnam - Asia Economic Cooperation Forum 2026, Vinacontrol Group Joint Stock Company received the "Asia Quality Products & Services 2026" award. The award is organized by the Asia Industrial Information Association (AIPA) in collaboration with the Institute of Enterprise Quality Evaluation and Human Resource Development. It recognizes Vinacontrol's sustained contribution to making trade more transparent and strengthening the competitiveness of Vietnamese goods.

The event was attended by representatives of central government agencies and ministries, leading economists, and more than 300 representatives of prominent businesses from across the Asia-Pacific region.

The award comes as global trade faces unprecedentedly stringent requirements on quality, origin, legality and sustainability, including the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), greenhouse gas inventories and ESG standards. In modern supply chains, Vinacontrol's independent testing, inspection and certification services serve as a trusted technical reference. They help businesses optimize costs, reduce legal risk and ensure smooth customs clearance in importing markets.

To win the award from the international judging panel, Vinacontrol met a rigorous set of criteria covering technical expertise, network scale, data accuracy, and an operating history of nearly 70 years in conformity assessment.
