Scope of Services

1. Supervision of Seal Opening, Unloading and Bale Count (S/D/T)

Verification of container seal condition and numbers; supervision of container opening and unloading; counting of bales and reconciliation of the quantity actually received against shipping documents.

2. Weighing Supervision and Weight Determination

Recording of the weight of individual bales, or by a weighing method agreed upon by the parties; determination of net weight as required.

3. Cotton Sampling

Sampling in accordance with the requirements of the client or the commissioning party, supporting the testing and assessment of the consignment within the agreed scope.

4. Damage and Loss Survey

Objective documentation of the condition of the goods and the extent and severity of damage, providing a technical basis for delivery, insurance and related commercial matters.
